As a test-prep specialist and trainer for the last 20 years, James Fletcher has seen the world of test prep and academic readiness become extremely competitive and even front-page news (usually for the wrong reasons!). After teaching and training new instructors for other companies in Orange County, CA, he became certain that the process could be more refined, effective, and especially more personalized. Math and Science specialist Jon Carey agreed, and The Relayer Group and its mission became clear.  

 

Our approach is simple: students work directly with the best individual instructors for each specific subject. This specialist gets to know the student’s exact strengths and weaknesses and how best to help.  Our students’ preparation is paramount and parents should always be informed of the process, so we make ourselves available to discuss your student’s progress as often as needed.  We are also nice people, dedicated to your kid’s success.  If you have any questions or concerns, call us directly.
